• Represented startup media entity in Series B preferred financing
• Represented large power-transmission holding company in sale of its gas transmission technology subsidiary in a competitive bid format
• Closure of fund containing private international assets for fund manager in six investments in offshore entities with an initial aggregate value of $150 million
• Closure of workout and conversion of convertible securities for private consumer products manufacturer with a global, full-service financial firm
• Initial financing for startup media entity, including investors from offshore tax havens and Latin America
• Sale of large Canadian insurance entity
• Closure of fund containing six investments in six offshore sites with an initial value of $300 million
• Sale of financial services subsidiaries of large insurance company in a transaction in excess of $3.6 billion
